An award-winning Creative Director who believes passionately in the value of creative excellence.

Damien has over 25 years’ experience as a copywriter and Creative Director across a wide range of advertising and brand-building projects, for both consumer and B2B clients. During his career Damien has helped sell cars, mortgages, holidays, breakdown cover, software, hardware, medicines, magazines, train tickets, pizza and ice cream.

For the past 10 years Damien’s work has focused increasingly on pharmaceutical and healthcare brands. As Creative Director of Blue Latitude Health he leads multifunctional teams, developing work that truly engages end users and changes behaviour.

Damien has led projects for some of London’s most renowned agencies, including McCann Erickson, Saatchi & Saatchi X, HHCL, Carlson, McCarthy Bull Oliver, WDMP, Wheel, and Red Cell (WPP). He has accumulated over 20 awards in the UK and internationally, including Cannes Lions, ECHOs and DMAs.

Damien is also an FA-licensed football coach and co-manages a local U18s team, as well as playing guitar in the Blue Latitude Health band The Pharmacist
