As the Head of Insight, Martine guides and supports our strategy and customer experience teams, developing customer-centric solutions that are aligned with clients’ business objectives.

Her day-to-day work involves a range of responsibilities, including: leading market and customer research, supporting service design, leading market research best practice, staff training on research & developing insight capabilities, supporting our Compliance Manager, and supporting the design of new offerings.

With 28 years of experience in international market research in healthcare, Martine brings an unparalleled depth and breadth of expertise to Blue Latitude Health. She has previously worked with well-established international market research agencies and consultancies, including GfK NOP and Ipsos Health (then Isis Research). She has held a variety of senior level positions, such as General Manager and Board Director, and has delivered brand differentiating and strategic customer insights to clients.

When she’s not working, you’re likely to find her out rambling and walking, especially anywhere with a forest – she’s a literal tree hugger! She’s also constantly looking for something new to sink her teeth into; from MOOCs to brushing up on semiotics best practise, she’s an active student in her downtime.
