Working from the US office, Mark plays a key role in the positioning of portfolios and brands, devising and implementing multichannel plans, developing patient and disease pathways and delivering regional strategic workshops. Furthermore, Mark's experience ranges from organisational change to capability development and building client relationships whilst leading internal teams along the way.

Having joined Blue Latitude Health in December 2013, Mark has enjoyed working with major brands and portfolios accross immunology, orphan diseases, immuno-oncology with large clients inlcuding Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Eli Lilly, MSD, and Vertex.

Mark began his career in the biosciences field, studying genetics at Cardiff University. His curiosity lead him to discover a novel relationship between two bacteria native to the human gut, with interest from publishers. He left Cardiff with a strong interest in the health sector, but was keen to get out of the lab!

That’s when his relationship with the digital world began, working within the IM & T department of the North Bristol NHS Trust. He taught healthcare software to staff members across multiple departments throughout 2 hospitals. Simultaneously he studied marketing at Bristol College, with an emphasis on digital multichannel strategy.

Mark has an interest in exploring and developing the field of genetic marketing, believing it to be the next big step in targeted patient engagement. In his spare time, Mark plays and watches rugby, supporting Gloucester and England, and enjoys travelling the world to find great spots to scuba dive.
