As a Senior Consultant, Craig works closely with other capabilities across the business, influencing our clients' approaches to developing customer engagement strategies. In his day-to-day at Blue Latitude Health, he designs and facilitates customer engagement planning workshops, as well as developing cross-functional omnichannel strategies.
Before joining Blue Latitude Health, Craig worked on planning integrated media campaigns, specialising in digital activities including search engine optimisation and programmatic advertising. He has a broad range of industry experience ranging from technology, travel, entertainment and consumer healthcare clients. His additional project work related to analyses and evaluation of digital marketing performance.
Outside of work, Craig appreciates quality ingredients and enjoys cooking. During Summer weekends, he attends events where he operates a food truck serving delicious food. When he’s not cooking up a storm, he spends his time travelling and scuba diving at different hot spots.
