Co-founder and Managing Director Martin Brass will join a panel of industry speakers at the PM Society event ‘Maximising the agency and procurement relationship in pharma’ on 25th April at the Royal Society of Medicine in London.

Procurement, both generally and in pharma, is often misunderstood by agencies. The PM Society is putting on an event for agencies and pharma clients, to discuss the procurement function in pharma and how both parties should improve the way they approach the relationship.

Topics that will be discussed include:

  1. Global versus local supplier selection: procurement strategies and impact on supplier diversity
  2. Procurement’s transformation towards 2020 and beyond: moving from a tactical transactional function, to trusted business partners and advisers
  3. The procurement function’s KPIs and the value they bring to the business
  4. Procurement supplier selection process and strategy
  5. Agency stories: good practice and where the procurement relationship has not gone so well

In addition to these topics, there will also be two panel sessions with either a procurement or agency focus.
