Announcing June's Employee of the Month...

Eva Van der Borght | 27th June 2016

Here at Blue Latitude Health, we like to shine a spotlight on our employees and the hard work they deliver. That’s why the Social Committee introduced an ‘Employee of the Month’ award where everyone can send in their nominations.

This month’s winner was Senior Account Executive Will. At BLH for two years now, Will is responsible for executing the day-to-day activities for a well-known pharmaceutical brand as part of an agency-of-record account.

While working on a project, he needs to brief medical writers and the creative team, and feed back to the client with the wider team. Over the last month, he’s been working long hours to assure that the EULAR congress was a success for his client. The BLH employee votes are in, and he's the first ever Employee of the Month!

Some of the feedback he received this month:

I nominate Will for his hard work, infinite patience, and a constant willingness to help anybody.
He went above and beyond in delivering the EULAR congress – I haven’t worked with anyone as committed as he was to the cause.
Working late in the evenings for 1-2 months and often working and speaking to clients at the weekend.
He managed a workload which, in an ideal world, would engage at least 2-3 people! He deserves to be employee of the month!
Although I don’t work with him directly, I’ve noticed that he has been staying super late and working really hard. By the sounds of it, his team are really grateful for his hard work too, so I’m glad he’s getting some recognition.

Congratulations, Will! Hopefully you'll be taking a well-deserved holiday soon after a very full-on few months of going above and beyond for the client and your team.
