We sat down with our talent manager, Priti Breakey, to find out more about what a typical day is like for her.
Too early! Whenever my son decides to wake up, which can be anything from 6am onwards.
I get ready for work and head to the nursery, en route to the station. Very boring, no early morning gym sessions for me any more, or breakfast for that matter
I take a train into the city and then hop on the tube.
Whack on the laptop, reply to any urgent emails, review my to-do list and then make my breakfast.
It varies from day to day, but usually involves a mix of searching for new candidates, addressing any development/induction related issues, organising interviews, conducting telephone screenings and speaking with recruitment agencies.

I try to at least head out for a walk in the area, or meet friends if there’s time.
Depends on how organised I’ve been the night before. Normally I buy lunch out as there’s such a good choice of food in the area.
Get back to work of course, checking my diary for anything important left to do that day.
It’s very similar to the morning, maybe with the addition of re-prioritising tasks to ensure I get through my to-do list.
Finding top quality candidates to fill our positions.
This is easy as I have to rush off at the same time each day, 4:30pm
Cooking, playing with my son, catching up on some TV.
