Client challenges

  • Brand teams came from different therapy areas including diabetes, HIV and oncology.
  • Appetite for leveraging the adherence app was good but there was no integration with the brand’s wider activities and the patient pathway.
  • Limited practical understanding of the mobile application.
  • Pilot and roll out needs to inspire service ambassadors and brands.

Journey mapping, behaviour change and patient pathways

We developed and mapped out adherence theory and its key stages, ensuring behaviour change theory and thinking was embedded in materials.

Patient pathways were mapped out for each brand, setting out opportunities to integrate the application.

Workshop and training material

We developed all aspects of a collaborative workshop and training materials leveraging service design techniques; including patient and HCP videos.

Physical workshop in a box

We developed and delivered a ‘workshop in a box’ to inspire service ambassadors and drive workshop roll out.
