We are pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted for not one, but two PMEA 2015 awards for our Lilly Medical Information Cascade project. We were shortlisted in the Excellence in Physicians/Healthcare Provider Support Programmes category, as well as the Innovation category. PMEA 2015 reflects the ongoing changes in healthcare, and is specifically designed to recognise and commend excellence, best practice and innovation in local, European and international healthcare markets.
We're proud to see our consultancy and clients' work honoured at PMEA 2015. This is a great moment for us as a business; our customer experience and strategic teams have been working to create a cascade of interactions responding to medical information requests from healthcare professionals. Our unique approach combined SEO tactics, user-centred design methodologies, and the provision of capability training to deliver a first line medical information portal online – the first of its kind. We are thrilled to be recognised for our innovative work and the unique way we have transformed how our clients engage with healthcare professionals. As more and more digital natives become HCPs, they will naturally seek out information online. This year, the awards will be presented at a black tie dinner on the 25th November at the Lancaster London Hotel. The shortlist of finalists can be found on the PMEA 2015 website.
