As a core member of our Talent Team, Taryn makes sure everyone at Blue Latitude Health feels healthy, happy and heard – it’s one of the reasons we were awarded Best Company status.
As a Junior Talent Manager, Taryn works within the Talent Team to ensure the well-being, development, engagement, and health and safety of all Blue Latitude Staff. She is also involved in general HR and recruitment.
Prior to working for Blue Latitude Health, she gained experience in many different sectors including legal, healthcare, insurance and investment.
Taryn is inspired by mental health and wellbeing research. She would like to continue working towards a greater goal of relieving the stigma around mental illness and to assist in showing workplaces how they can contribute to better employee wellbeing.
In her spare time she enjoys reading, country walks, binge watching Netflix series and swimming. She is also currently learning Spanish.
