From launch strategy to brand fundamentals, integrated marketing and digital implementation, Shubha works closely with clients to drive their long and short-term vision for the brand through both tactical and strategic efforts. Day-to-day she works on multi-market, cross-functional projects to drive scale and relevance, ensuring the client develops assets efficiently and effectively.
Shubha is keen to apply her 9+ years of experience on consumer brands to the pharmaceutical industry and implement best practice, while continuing to deliver high creative standards. She is passionate about understanding the impact of communication on customer behaviour and using digital innovation as we position ourselves as forward thinking, being one step ahead of the market trends and competitions in the rapidly changing marketing ecosystem. She is driving work that is relevant, creative and impactful.
Prior to working at Blue Latitude Health, Shubha earned her MBA at the Asian Institute of Management, Manila. She has previously worked at both Leo Burnett and at J. Walter Thompson on a range of brands across FMCG, retail and financial services. Her remit included developing brand fundamentals such as brand architecture and identity, global and regional integrated campaigns as well as launch strategy planning and execution.
Shubha is fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi and a bit of German. Outside of work she enjoys looking for new culinary experiences, travelling, practicing yoga and taking long hikes.
