As announced in our press release two months ago, Blue Latitude Health is growing! And as our teams grow and evolve, we’d like to take some time to shine a spotlight on the experienced professionals joining us. Since our last update in April we’ve hired six new faces in the Customer Experience and Strategic Consulting teams. Here’s a bit about who they are and what they bring to the team:
Pany started his career by completing a Joint Honours BSc in Biomedical Science and Management from Imperial College Science. He then went on to work as an intern at GE Healthcare in their strategic marketing department, where he gained experience in brand repositioning, developing personas, and understanding customer outcomes.
As an Associate Consultant at Blue Latitude Health, Pany supports the larger strategic consulting team, working with one of our key clients. His day-to-day work sees him developing project plans, carrying out research, and supporting the development of strategic recommendations.
As part of the Customer Experience team, Nilu participates in initial user research, iterative user-centred design, and testing to ensure the products and services we deliver for our clients are usable. Day-to-day, she could be conducting interviews with customers, creating interactive prototypes for digital products, or running usability testing sessions for a newly designed service.
Prior to joining Blue Latitude Health, she was working in New Zealand as a user experience consultant for an enterprise level software company in the healthcare domain. While she was there, she designed hospital software applications for healthcare professionals (HCPs) to help them manage and treat their patients.
Louis provides support to the strategic consulting team working on an agency of record account. He assists on projects to provide strategic oversight, tactical plans, working primarily on positioning an emerging therapy effectively for a particular patient segment and creating clear differentiation from competitors.
Prior to joining, Louis completed his Masters in Chemistry at Newcastle University and his Master’s degree in Drug Discovery and Development at Imperial College London. After finishing his PhD in Biology, in a project that provided insights on the structure of a specific protein often mutated in cancer, Louis joined the Blue Latitude Health team.
Fadi joins Blue Latitude Health as a master’s student in the field of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), taking the role of a CX intern as part of an internship scheme facilitated by City University of London.
Prior to joining Blue Latitude Health Fadi worked in retail, entertainment and insurance clients in an agency style setting. He will be researching the use of technology solutions for supporting people with Alzheimer’s type dementia, working closely with the Customer Experience team.
Prior to joining Blue Latitude Health, Ditte was a Strategy and Business Development Intern in the Thomson Reuters Commodities department, conducting competitor analysis. She is a recent graduate of UCL, holding a Bachelor in Science in ‘Bioprocessing of New Medicines’, gaining expertise in the manufacturing of biologics and cell/gene therapies.
Her role at Blue Latitude Health includes anything from running of campaigns to undertaking business development research. She also occasionally assists other teams in the business, providing support on various research projects.
Mikael primarily works with market access and brand teams to deliver competitive digital landscapes, influencer mapping tools, and insights from social monitoring. He provides strategic input across a range of innovative projects, working with our key clients.
Mikael brings fifteen years of experience working on award-winning campaigns in global agencies. His previous roles have given him a truly international perspective on global branding challenges. Over the last years he has worked both new and existing products across urology, dermatology, HIV, neurology, and infant and clinical nutrition.
Our teams are still growing, and we’re currently hiring across Strategy (all levels), Copywriting, Account Handling (all levels), and Studio. You can find out more about the specific roles on our Join Us page, where you can also read up on what it’s like to work at Blue Latitude Health.
